By accessing and using the ZPayNG mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Service

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to hack the platform.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian supervision to use the service.
  • All transactions must be initiated by you and you take full responsibility for entered details.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must register with accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • We may disable accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments on ZPayNG are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack). You agree to allow ZPayNG to process payments on your behalf using the selected payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the app (logos, texts, graphics) is the property of D-N Developers Technologies Company Ltd and may not be reused without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZPayNG is not liable for delays, errors, or failures in service delivery caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted within the app and your continued use constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
